  • Mix 1 teacup of horsetail infusion with a little bit of honey for sweeter taste, and 1 teaspoon of finely chopped horsetail flowers. Put the flowers in a 200 ml. boiling water for 1 hour and then strain it. Take the drink every day before eating.
  • Take 3 tablespoons of dry nettle and put them in 300 ml of water. Boil it on a low temperature for 5 minutes. Let it stay for 1 hour and then strain the mixture. Drink the mixture 3 times a day (100 ml per drink) before meal.
  • Take 50g of rosehips, nettle leaves, and pans flowers, 40g of turnip roots and walnut leaves, and 60g of dandelion flowers. Mix them well.
